Twilight

I hate Twilight fans so much. They're all crazy and weird and in denial about the fact that the book is really badly written.

But I love Twilight. So much. Really, only because of Alice and Emmett. I loved the movie solely because when Alice was pitching, instead of the normal way you wind up with your leg bent, her leg was perfectly straight with a perfect pointed foot. Alice is just amazing. And don't get me started on Emmett.

I love Twilight SO MUCH LOL

Oh god

So after three sick days last week and 2 and a half seasons of Grey's Anatomy in those sick days, something weird happened. For two nights in a row I had some sort of existential breakdown. And I also felt odd, like there was a weight on my soul or something. and lying in bed, I could feel the weight of the knowledge that life is meaningless and existence is futile crushing me. It was weird. I still feel weird, like something is not right, and I randomly teared up and had to try not to cry whenever I talked for the first half of the day. But then I got really happy and manic so it seems like I'm just replacing one with the other. That breakdown still has me more lethargic than usual; I mean really, what's the point. We work all the time. We got to school so we can learn how to work. Work work work. work which makes a grand percent of the population really unhappy, and really stressed out. also, life sucks. It really does and everyone knows it. I'd say about 90% of the time, life sucks. But that 10% happy doesn't make it any better and it doesn't justify it.

It all seems so unfortunate. And of course, useless.

So if I'm not feeling the prompt, I just won't write about it

Anyways, I actually did the whole social thing yesterday and went biking with a friend, which was a lot of fun. And for the first time ever, I actually like, wiped out. I kept skidding on the gravel (Because my bike is older than Zsa Zsa Gabore) So me and the bike fell and I kept rolling

It was fun

but let's never bail again, k?

When Vodka Met Cranberry

"Can I sit here?" A deep voice asked from behind the college student. Said student looked back, did a once over without really taking anything in, and nodded his head.

"Sure, why not."

"So what's your name, kid?" The man asked as soon as he sat down. Green eyes swiveled over to the man, glazed with disinterest.

"One, I'm not a kid. Two, it's Cran."

"Short for Cranberry." The man said flatly.

"You just get straight to the point, don't ya?" Cran asked as he swept aside his red-streaked hair. The tall man nodded.

"I don't like to beat around the bush. Hard and straight, that's what people say about me. Name's Vodka." A manicured eyebrow was quirked at this, but he didn't look phased.

"Good to know I'm not the only one with alcoholic bums for parents." Cran discretely slid his eyes along Vodka's body, actually paying attention this time. The man was tall, pretty muscular though still slim, short blond hair, and the lightest eyes that Cran had ever seen. It was a stark comparison to himself; short, kinda chubby, eyes as green as leaves and black hair with natural streaks as red as a, well, cranberry.

Cran wasn't as discrete as he thought he was being, though, as Vodka's voice broke his thoughts. "Wanna go to my place?"

"Only if you let me bring a board with a nail through it." Cran said as he followed Vodka out of the bar and into the night.

-----------
LOL at making inanimate objects into people. I really enjoy that.

Picture Prompt

It was a quick job. Kyo didn't even know why Kaorin had accepted a murder request from a shady figure, let alone a mission to murder some deadbeat man in the US. But, the man was willing to pay a lot, something that the more local shady figures didn't do too often. It was painfully easy. They entered in, approached the man undetected, and with only a quick flash of steel from Kyo's katana, the man was down. Pointless kill, but easy money.

-----------

Axle was horrified when the police called him. How could his father have been killed? And how the FUCK could his father have been killed by fucking NINJAS? What the fuck was up with that? Fucking Ninja's in New York?!

In a spiral of grief and confusion, Axle managed to get himself not only fired from his job, but evicted from his meager apartment as well. And it was all those damn NINJAS faults! They were the ones to blame, for killing his father.

Axle had to get his revenge.

The unshaven man punched out a nearby homeless man and stole a piece of cardboard. Then, he pick-pocketed a sharpy. Scrawling out the truth in a manner of seconds, Axle stole a can from another homeless dude, and set to work raising money.

--------

The sign had been a huge hit. Within weeks, Axle had enough money not only for the karate lessons, but for a cheap ticket to Tokyo.

Axle was first in his class. His dedication to the discipline surpassed that of the Sensei. If only the honorable man knew the dark intentions Axle had for his newfound knowledge.

----------------

After touching down in Tokyo, Axle found a lead onto who killed his father. There was only one group of ninjas that took jobs outside of Asia. He set out for their flat in Shibuya.

----------------

Kyo was just lounging around the flat polishing his swords when there was a knock on the door. Throwing it behind the couch, Kyo went to answer the door. Opening it, he made a face. It was just an American bum. Messy hair, dirty face, horrible teeth. Then the man spoke.

"Hello, my name is Axle Torres. You killed my father. Prepare to die!" And with that, Axle's hand shot up and hit Kyo's nose with such force that the bone shot back and out of the back of his head, totally turning the brain into soup.

Kaorin, who had previously been cooking a slightly toxic meal for Kyo, came running out, sai's in hand. Axle gave the kuniochi no chance to cut him though. A kunai flew through the air and struck Kaorin in her throat. As the blood gushed out, and her eyes began to dim, Kaorin's eyes fell on her pet dog, who had a look of revenge in his eyes.

Retractable Staircases

Pierre loved retractable staircases. His fairly large sized house was filled with them. Knowing where they were and how to operate them made him feel like some magician in a world created by M.C. Escher. The stairways, though quite old, were perfectly safe, with only red stains to mare the perfect veneer of the wood. The stairs were first built by his great-grand father who, regrettably, went insane shorty after construction finished.

Pierre was currently on his favorite set of steps, a short staircase only a few steps long that jutted out from the Foyer wall. He could see the sunset, and rise, perfectly from the steps. He did have company, although they disappeared a few minutes ago. That happened a lot at Pierre's house. One minute people were there, and the next they weren't. Sometimes Pierre thought he could hear screaming, but when he turned around, there's always no one there.

'It's quite odd,' Pierre thought, 'as it only happens as I fiddle with the bookshelf.'

Prompts

So, in order to help my frequent writers block, I will start doing daily prompts, which I will post here. Some may be poems, or drabbley things, or maybe even just a sentence. But whatever it is, let's hope it doesn't suck.

I'll start tomorrow, because I truly am the king of procrastination.

Two Dreams

So last night I had these two dreams. One was far more weird than the other, but they both were interesting.

The first dream was like, I was having a party so I invited people and stuff. So the day comes and I get the door and there are the people I invited, but then like, there's this chick from school that I kind of don't like but who thinks we're friends, and so I'm like 'Oh shit', because she must have thought she was invited or something, but then allll these people from school show up because I have all these mega cool games for the party and stuff.
So I'm freaking out and finding the people I actually want to be there and telling them to wait in my room and stuff but then day and night start freaking out and I tell everyone to get the fuck out and I don't know how long I left my friends waiting for me in the room and Danielle was there again for some reason, once again walking with me and giving me advice. I must think of her as a role model or something.

So my second dream was a lot weirder. It had a lot of little details and stuff that I can't remember, but it had these two distinct sections. The first one was; I had this tyrannical teacher who was really opposed to something, so this group of students were planning on like...rebelling and killing her because she was uber evil. So we were at this really steep hill and trying to climb and someone had a gun in the back of their pants and Idk what was going on, stuff happened, she saw the gun and tried to attack but someone shot her and someone else was wounded. SO, I, as someone else resembling a mixture of Harry and James from Silent Hill, carry her and shit's goin down everywhere so I like, ninja-skillz into a room and try to call 911, but then the dream like, time skips back to me running through the streets, so I go back into the room but the line is dead and the room locks, and then I walk around and around a corner see an average looking guy. So I duck back and look again and he got a bit fatter. So I keep doing that and he gets fatter and more decayed so I'm thinking OMGZ SILENT HILL MOMENT, and then a door opens and I go outside and things are weird and there's a siren and I wake up.

I have weird dreams

Also: FFX-2 is amazing

Final Fantasy X-2

So I finally beat FFX-2. It's not because it was too hard (Because it was actually ridic easy), it's just that I almost never actually finish games because I feel an intense need to unlock everything. But, since X-2 has the New Game+ feature, it doesn't really matter. The ending was cute (I didn't get the perfect ending, only the good once), and I wish there was more of...everyone. Because Rikku is such a lil cutie!

But yeah, that's about it.

Weird Dream

So everyone knows I have this really freaky weird dreams (like watching a demon slaughter a room full of people and then feed the remains to a baby), but last night I had this..weirdly sensical dream.

So it started with me and my awesome Photo Arts teacher Danielle and I walking down this like...grand hallway watching people die and we were talking and I looked into a room and saw someone from my Photo Arts class, Darcy, taking dancing lessons. I got this feeling and asked how Nancy Sinatra died, and someone said from laughing. So then Darcy messes up this dance step and starts laughing, but she's laughing so hard that she backpeddles and cracks her head on the wall, and she falls forward, dead. So I realize (not really realize but understand), that I'm some sort of Death Being or something. So more people die, I can't remember how but I know I predicated how, and then Danielle is freaking out about dying. I like, yell at her something like "Do you even know what I'm doing for all you guys? I'm sending you to an afterlife that is just like THIS life! Same fate and destiny, it'd be like you never died!" But then Danielle yells back "But I'd remember if I died!" I was gonna say that I would make it so she doesn't, even though I know that's a stupid thing to say.

So then it changes so me and Danielle are in my living room. My whole fam is there and there's a cat on the ground with a humanish face. I know it's dying and it's singing this creepy song about how it'll miss it's body (while like, rubbing it's paws all over itself), but then it runs away. But when it runs away, it goes past my nephew (My brothers kid, even though he doesn't have one yet), and the kid sneezes and I realize he's going to die like I died a long time ago, which is picking up a cat, cuddling it to my face, and dying from allergies. My Brother hugs me (which is weird because we're so not close irl), and says it's sad that I'm going away soon. So I am turn to Danielle and ask if I should tell everyone and she says I should, so I try to round everyone up but people are leaving and stuff. Then I wake up.

It was really weird...I mean I could totally make a story out of it, even though they are probably bunches of stories with similar plots. Still, it was an interesting dream.

Epcot Take Two

So, the next land would be Japan if I'm not mistaken. Before I talk about that though, I need to mention something I forgot. When we were driving around trying to find our hotel in Florida, I saw people dressed up weirdly and was so CONFUSED, but then I saw someone dressed like someone from Naruto (Leaf green jacket, but didn't catch the hair so Idk who) and someone in an Akatsuki, and some chick dressed as Simca from Air Gear. I wanted to go but obviously couldn't. NOW ONTO JAPAN!

I was excited to go to Japan, and had fun watching the chick who makes sugar animals make sugar animals. She is very adept at her art. And then into the big store! Unfort., there was no Totoro stuff, and nothing else really made me want to buy things, so I didn't get anything fun there.

AMERICA! Me and Lizz took pictures here, her being stupid and me being fat, because we hate Americans : (
elle oh elle

And then onto Italy, I think was next. We saw a funny mime there, and the skywriter was back, this time writing a smiley face and then God Loves U. Because the Church talks in text speak cuz thr sooo kewl.

Germany, I think. I know I'm getting these out of order, but it doesn't matter because nothing happened in Germany.

Norway? We went on the ride there, and then stayed for the really intense movie that was at the end of the ride.

China, we saw the acrobatic troupe there. This one kid was more muscular than me, in definition, and he was like, 10. Crazy chinese people.

Mexicoooo, we went on the really lame boat ride there, and then ate churros.

And then we left World Showcase to ride the more intense rides! Mission Space or whatever it was killed was first, me and Lizz rode Orange while my lamo parents went Green. It was pretty fun, but Test Track was waaaay better.

Then we stayed for the light show at the park closing time, and I go some awesome shots with my camera's fireworks mode. Then we left and that was it for Epcot.

Disney sometime soon.

Spring Break: The Sequel

Now where did I leave off? Our first day in Florida? Onto the parks then!

EPCOT:
The first park we went to was Epcot. We thought, why not start out slow and work our way up, ending the week in a marvelous two days of beach (But that's for later). So, we get to Epcot and my mom is super excited because WE'RE AT DISNEY! The golfball thingy was a neat sight, our first of Disney. We enter the park, and I'm rather surprised at the new tech they have for the tickets. I had no idea that we had to get our fingers scanned for the ticket.

We decided to head back to the World Showcase first, but we got there too early and nothing in the Showcase had really opened up yet. So we mosied around and did the 'Honey I Shrunk The Audience' thing, went for a ride through Imagination, and watched a rather emotional movie about the Earth, hosted by Simba, Timon, and Pumba. Then we went on like, the coolest ride ever. It was a boat ride thing through all the green houses and Fish Tanks. Disney is doing some pretty cool things, like they have tomato 'trees'. They also had a LARGE number of different plants there, and they even had a pumpkin 'tree', but the pumpkins were in special cases that made them grow into Mickey Mouse ears.

So we left there and went to the sea place and rode the really lame Nemo ride, then went into the Sea building and had fun there watching the dolphins and the highly hilarious interactive show with Crush.

When we left there, there was a sky writer in the sky and the letters T, U, and R. We all thought that since we saw it right after the Sea, it would be Turtle, which was weird but made sense at the time. We lost interest though, and we made our way to the nice joint that we always eat at, the Electric Umbrella. But when we were just crossing the big fountain in the middle of non-World Showcase Epcot, we looked up into the sky and the skywriter seemed to want to want us to Turn to Jesus. I took many pictures and the fam had many laughs at the sillyness of it. But we got bored and went to eat before embarking to The World Showcase.

Canada: O Canada! We didn't do much here, just went to the 'O Canada' attraction, and Lizz and I began the tradition of taking stereotype photos in each land. First we were mounties, and then I was a hockey player while she was Celine Dion.

England: Rightyo, me and Lizz wasted no time and did an America's Next Top Model inspired set of shots in the red telephone booths. Then we sipped tea in front of a tea sign. Other than that though, England was uneventful.

France: Ah, la france. First Lizz and I made an Eiffel Tower out of ourselves, and then we pretended we were smoking. And now comes the time of the trip when I made a royal asshat out of myself. After watching a short film on France, we passed by a Pattesserie (Spelling is awful), and we went in. I ordered a 'biscuit du chocolat', forgetting that in France it's just called a 'cookie'. The person behind the counter looked thrown for a loop for a sec, probably because hardly anyone would order in French. So then he started talking fast and I just kind of nodded and said stupid answers and it was very awkward. Looking back, I think he asked if I studied Quebec, because that's what they call it. Then he asked if I understood french and I was like "assez...un peu." I hope I didn't make him feel like I was making fun of him. I was rathed disheartened after that.

After that was...Morocco! I got a lovely photo of Princess Jasmine. We perused the shops, took photos of belly dancing, but otherwise, uneventful.

I'm tired, I'll continue with the next land some other time.

Spring Break

Oh dear oh dear. Where ever to start? From the beginning, I suppose. I'll chronicle my Spring Break by the main event or location of that day, as time loses all meaning on vacation. I may forget things now and remember them later, in which case they can get their own post. How special. I'll also only get a few days in right now, as I get bored of typing like this.

Last Day of School / Night of Departure:

Just a scant few hours, maybe two, after coming home from school, my parents, my sister, and I left State College en route for Washington DC, where we stayed in a (really nice) hotel. I really loved the hotel (one of the many new family jokes that came from this trip). I loved the hotel. It was very nice and very new and very artistic.

Flight and Old Town

Well, we got up and lazed around the breakfast bar of the hotel for a bit before we left our car in the hotel parking let and set off in a van to Dulles Internation Airport. Nothing especially fun happened, except for two bits. One was when we got into what I thought was a tram on tracks (As I remember doing the last time we were in Florida) But we were not in Florida, and when the thing we were in turned directions as only a vehicle with wheels can do, I was thrown threw a loop, much to the humor of my family. The things we were in were MONSTROUS. I only managed to get blurry photos of them later. Another slightly interesting bit is that I found out that the frozen coffee stuff that the airport sells is way to sweet for anyone to stomach.

So anyways, we boarded the plane and I took many fascinating pictures of the clouds before I settled in a tackled a good portion of 'The Looking Glass Wars', a very very very good book. So we landed, and I found out that landing makes me a bit dizzy. We left the plane and boarded the tram (yay tram) that took us to the baggage claim. On the tram, there was this little hold lady with pants up to her tits who talked to me about cameras's, only I couldn't hear what she was saying so I just nodded and hoped she wouldn't think I was weird or something.

Anywho, we claimed our baggage (WHERE I LOST MY iPOD ><) and went to the rental car place and picked up our shiny Ford Fusion. So my dad, the driver of the whole trip, took us to the Hotel Suites that we stayed in last time. Before they were Days Inn Suits, but they were changing into the Old Town Suites, as it was right next to an ever growing fair thing. I got my own bed, but other then that, nothing exciting.

I'll continue with the next days sometime soon.

Piccle

So in English class, we've been using a forum site called Piccle. All of my teacher's classes are using it to talk to Swedish students, and it is so super fun. I feel like I'm making friends XD

I'm taking my driving test on the 18th, so hopefully I'll get my license then. Other than that though, not much as been happening. People like my story (yay). My sleep schedule has been getting more and more normal, which is always good.

Bored now

I so so proud of myself. I'm writing the fourth chapter of my fantabulous story. But, I have an icky project to do over the weekend. A memory box for Daisy from The Great Gatsby. Shouldn't be too hard though, she isn't that deep of a character. Lawl.

That's about it though

My life is boring

Air Gear

I've been getting Jet after Jet rankings in Jet Grind Radio, so those secret characters are totally MINE! It makes me happy, and proud of my mad skillz

In other news, I've been watching Air Gear, an anime, lately. It's like Jet Grind Radio in anime form, but with bigger boobs and no graffiti. They should have cameos from all the Tokyo-to gangs : )

But other than that I've been bored as hell

So I've once again re-discovered the amazing genius that is Jet Grind Radio. It is such an awesome game! I lurve all the chicks, especially Mew and Cube. Right now I'm getting as many Graffiti Souls as I have the patience to get, before setting out on the question to unlock the secret characters, which invovles getting Jet, the highest ranking, on each stage.

The game is pure genius. I want to get an Xbox, just so I can play Jet Set Radio Future.

In other news, my story is coming along well, and people like it! Ivy (Dominatrix) Voldo (Slave) Tira (Psycho-Bitch) Yoshimitsu (Masked Ninja) But I'm also good with a normal person, Xianghua! COME PLAY!

Dreams and Juno

So as it may or may not be known, I'm famous among my friends for having really fucked up dreams that don't scare me. The best example of this is when I was in a Medieval sort of place, but a demon came and slaughtered everyone before feeding the remains to a baby in a crib. I was fine with it. But last night I had one of my epic dreams, divided into three distinct phases. The first one, I was with my parents and sister, in our van, at some show, but then the canyon we were in flooded and it was weird and dramatic. The second thing involved Johnny Depp, as Captain Jack, and Mickey Mouse scaling down some really tall mexican-stucco style houses, and then I boated around collecting green apples, and then an Armada tried to chase after me, and that was a pretty long chase. Then Famke Janssen ate some people. Odd. Finally, I was in a creepy old house with a lot of levels, but I was mainly in this multi-story green house type thing, with rusted stairs between each level. Once again, I was trying to escape from people, but one of the stairs required you to grab onto barbed wire to hoist yourself up, so my hand got cut up, then I just gave up and woke up. I'm so odd.

In lighter news, I saw Juno and it was the best movie I've seen in a long time. Ellen Paige is so cute, and Jennifer Garner's role was kind of sad. It was really hilarious, gotta give props to Diablo, the writer, for coming up with some truly awesome lines. Urveryone go see Juno RIGHT NOW!

Last Day

It was the last day of school for the 2007 year, and it was a fun one. In my ever-organized fashion of describing long events, I shall brrrreak it down by period

First Period: English
Apples to Apples, anyone? That's pretty much what I played the entire period. The players of the game were as follows. Dakota, a quirky preppy jock girl, Brittany, acerbic and intelligent, Lizzie, rather odd and stupendous, Me, Marwa, the only one to always put down normal answers, Liz, who wields sarcasm with a semi-glazed over look, and Brian, Master of funny answers. So, Apples to Apples. There are red cards, nouns, and green cards, Adj. We played where there is one green card in the middle, an adjective, and everyone except the judge of the round laid down a noun they felt fit the adjective. The outcome was hilarious, especially since Lizzie was rather aggresive in gameplay. The funniest thing I remember was, I was judging 'Handsome', so there were answers like...James Dean and that sort of thing. Guess who won the round? Brian, with Adolf Hitler, simply because it was so hilarious. Fun game, y'all should go play it.

Second Period:
Amanda was sadly missing from Chemistry, off singing carols at random spots. But, we actually did something fun and amusing. We made glass ornaments out of pyrex glass tubes. I was going to make a star, but I instead made an abstract expression of the Letter P. P for Phil! It was fun though; I tried my hand at glass blowing.
It was a failure.

Third Period:
Study hall. Nothing out of the ordinary happened. I read the paper and had fun with Meredith.

Fourth Period:
French Par-tay! There were crepes and nutella and banana's and all sorts of stuffums. We also had a gift exchange, where we all just brought in like, $1-2 things that were wrapped. I brought in 3 different flavors of Hot Cocoa. We did this system where we all had a number (Mine was 9, and I did a really stupid joke about Beowulf) so number 1 picks a gift and unwraps it in front of everyone, then number 2 can either steal number 1's gift, or get a new one, and then number 3 can steal 1 OR 2's gift or get a new one, and that continues on. Number 1 got to go again at the end since 1 was at such a disadvantage. At the very end, 1 stole my gift of a Grow Your Own Princess and a giant thing of Bubbles, which was fun because I got to steal Christmas colored Silly Putty. It was grrrreat.

Fifth Period:
Lunch, so it was a normal thing of eating in the Lobby with friends. But today was Alumni Day, so it was mobbed with alumni. I saw Bina, but that's it, which was kind of depressing, but oh well.

Sixth Period:
In Math, we once again played the best music trivia game ever, called Shout Out Music. It's amazing. My team won, just like last time XD. Thanks to me, because I dominate at the 'Fill in the Missing Lyric' section. ^^

Seventh Period:
Well Photo Arts is always fun, but we didn't do anything special, except for Danielle put on 'Fay's 12 Days of Christmas', which was so very very creepy. We just did treasure hunts and other such shannanigans.

Eighth Period:
This was odd. The normally 'laid back class', we actually had to do work. First we finished "An Inconvienent Truth" (spelling ignored due to Gore's massive ego). Then we had to find 3 articles or websites that are in agreement with how we feel about global warming. However, some...Vessel of all that is Good and Amazing put this really really fun game on the computer I'm assigned to, so I played that instead.

There it is, last school day of this year. How fun

Yup, I pretty much am! We had this like, little fun assignment for a 'Treasure Hunt', so I just took pictures of places around the school and wrote fun clues on each picture, and put them up. There were like, 10 pictures. ahaha, and people were so excited, we all like RAN around the school, because they wanted to know what the prize was at the end.

The prize was DONUTS! Yummy delicious Weis Quality donuts. How delicious

In other news, we're watching An Inconvenient Truth in History. And while I believe in Global Warming, I don't believe in Al Gore. He tried waaaay too hard to seem like a 'normal guy' by randomly telling us about when his kid almost died, and how he crashed a car once, and he was walking through the airport and wasn't getting mobbed by people. He also spent like 10 minutes showing us how he lost the Election in 2000. Whiney little bitch
